Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the game Sortopia ("the app") for iOS and Android uses, published by UDECAREER — "we".
1. What we do not collect
The app has no account and no sign-up. We do not run our own servers for the app and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, location or payment data. The app has no in-app purchases.
2. Data stored only on your device
Your game progress (levels, stars, coins, play streak, Streak Freezes, Daily Challenge result) and settings (language, vibration, color-blind mode) are saved only on your device. They are not sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.
3. Advertising — Google AdMob
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show, measure and limit ads, Google may collect: the device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS — only if you allow tracking; Android Advertising ID), IP address, device and app information, approximate location derived from IP, ad interactions, and diagnostic data (e.g. crashes of the ad SDK).
- Consent: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent with Google's consent form (UMP) before ads are personalized. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options (ads).
- iOS tracking (ATT): on iOS the app asks for permission to track. If you decline, the IDFA is not shared and ads are not personalized based on tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in the device settings.

4. Game Center (iOS) and Google Play Games (Android)
If you are signed in to Game Center or Google Play Games, the app sends your scores (highest level, Daily Challenge time, play streak) and achievements to Apple or Google to show leaderboards. After you finish a Daily Challenge, the app also loads that day's leaderboard of the game (top players' names and times, and your own rank) from Apple / Google to show it inside the game; the app may also read the current time from this service to know which Daily Challenge is current. Nothing is stored on our side. Your player name and ID are managed by Apple / Google under their own privacy policies (Apple, Google). You can sign out in the system settings at any time; the game works without it.
4b. Reminders (local notifications)
If you allow notifications, the app schedules at most one reminder a day on your device (an invitation to play, a new Daily Challenge, keeping your streak — around 7 pm, never at night). They are created locally — no push service, no device token and no data are sent to us or anyone. You can turn them off in Settings → Notifications or in the system settings.
5. Children
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
6. Your rights
Because we do not hold personal data about you on our own systems, most requests can be handled directly on your device (delete the app, reset the Advertising ID, change ad consent, sign out of Game Center / Play Games). For data held by Google or Apple, use their tools linked above. For any question or request (access, deletion, objection under GDPR or similar laws) contact us: hienhv2012@gmail.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change. Significant changes will be announced in the app's store release notes.

Chính sách này giải thích trò chơi Sortopia ("ứng dụng") trên iOS và Android dùng những dữ liệu nào. Nhà phát hành: UDECAREER — "chúng tôi".
1. Những gì chúng tôi không thu thập
Ứng dụng không có tài khoản, không đăng ký. Chúng tôi không có máy chủ riêng cho ứng dụng và không thu thập tên, email, danh bạ, ảnh, vị trí hay dữ liệu thanh toán. Ứng dụng không có mua hàng trong ứng dụng.
2. Dữ liệu chỉ lưu trên máy của bạn
Tiến trình chơi (màn, sao, xu, chuỗi ngày chơi, Freeze giữ chuỗi, kết quả Thử thách ngày) và cài đặt (ngôn ngữ, rung, chế độ mù màu) chỉ được lưu trên máy của bạn, không gửi cho chúng tôi. Xóa ứng dụng sẽ xóa dữ liệu này.
3. Quảng cáo — Google AdMob
Ứng dụng miễn phí và hiển thị quảng cáo của Google AdMob. Để hiển thị, đo lường và giới hạn quảng cáo, Google có thể thu thập: mã định danh quảng cáo của thiết bị (IDFA trên iOS — chỉ khi bạn cho phép theo dõi; Android Advertising ID), địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị và ứng dụng, vị trí gần đúng suy ra từ IP, tương tác với quảng cáo và dữ liệu chẩn đoán (vd. lỗi của SDK quảng cáo).
- Đồng ý: tại EEA, Vương quốc Anh và Thụy Sĩ, ứng dụng hỏi sự đồng ý của bạn bằng biểu mẫu của Google (UMP) trước khi cá nhân hóa quảng cáo. Bạn có thể đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào ở Cài đặt → Tùy chọn quyền riêng tư (quảng cáo).
- Theo dõi trên iOS (ATT): trên iOS ứng dụng xin phép theo dõi. Nếu bạn từ chối, IDFA không được chia sẻ và quảng cáo không được cá nhân hóa dựa trên theo dõi.
- Android: bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xóa Advertising ID trong cài đặt của máy.

4. Game Center (iOS) và Google Play Games (Android)
Nếu bạn đăng nhập Game Center hoặc Google Play Games, ứng dụng gửi điểm (màn cao nhất, thời gian Thử thách ngày, chuỗi ngày chơi) và thành tựu cho Apple hoặc Google để hiển thị bảng xếp hạng. Sau khi bạn hoàn thành Thử thách ngày, ứng dụng còn tải bảng xếp hạng ngày của game đó (tên và thời gian của những người chơi đứng đầu, cùng thứ hạng của bạn) từ Apple / Google để hiển thị trong game; ứng dụng cũng có thể đọc giờ hiện tại từ dịch vụ này để biết thử thách ngày nào đang diễn ra. Chúng tôi không lưu gì về phía mình. Tên và mã người chơi do Apple / Google quản lý theo chính sách riêng của họ (Apple, Google). Bạn có thể đăng xuất trong cài đặt hệ thống bất cứ lúc nào; trò chơi vẫn chơi được.
4b. Lời nhắc (thông báo cục bộ)
Nếu bạn cho phép thông báo, ứng dụng hẹn tối đa một lời nhắc mỗi ngày ngay trên máy (lời mời chơi, thử thách ngày mới, giữ chuỗi — khoảng 19:00, không gửi ban đêm). Lời nhắc tạo cục bộ — không dùng dịch vụ push, không gửi mã thiết bị hay dữ liệu nào cho chúng tôi hay ai khác. Bạn có thể tắt ở Cài đặt → Thông báo hoặc trong cài đặt hệ thống.
5. Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho người từ 13 tuổi trở lên và không hướng đến trẻ em. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân của trẻ em.
6. Quyền của bạn
Vì chúng tôi không lưu dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn trên hệ thống riêng, phần lớn yêu cầu có thể thực hiện ngay trên máy (xóa ứng dụng, đặt lại Advertising ID, đổi lựa chọn quảng cáo, đăng xuất Game Center / Play Games). Với dữ liệu do Google hoặc Apple giữ, dùng công cụ của họ ở trên. Mọi câu hỏi hoặc yêu cầu (truy cập, xóa, phản đối theo GDPR hoặc luật tương tự), liên hệ: hienhv2012@gmail.com.
7. Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này; ngày hiệu lực ở trên sẽ thay đổi. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong ghi chú phát hành trên Store.
